To operate your account, publish your listings, and connect you with other users.

3. What other users can see

Your seller display name, listings, and general location (city/area) are visible to other users. Your phone number and email address are not published publicly and are only shared with a buyer or seller when you choose to reveal them or when required to complete a transaction you have initiated.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (for example, hosting and email delivery), and only to the extent needed for them to provide that service. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Neelaam or its users.

We retain account and listing information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to information we are required to keep by law.
